Outdoor Development Centre (ODEC)

Did you know that there is one place that is very famous and well known in UMS? What do you have in mind? Of course, it is ODEC! A place where we can refresh ourselves or maybe release our tension and the spot for loving couples to date♥♥. So, whenever you are feeling down or stress, ODEC is the answer! It is a landmark that University Malaysia Sabah have for the students and visitors to enjoy the view of the sea.

Ideal Place to do any Activities

This place is very well known for its beautiful scenery. The combination of the blue sky and the blue ocean catches everyone's eyes👀. Who wouldn't fall in love with the picture of the nature when the sun is reflected by the dancing ocean? WE ALL DID!

There are various activities that we can do in ODEC for example:

Best place to do activity as it surrounded with sea and green living!

ODEC is also the best place for one who love fishing🎏. The jetty in ODEC is the favorite spot for the one who want to spend their leisure time to fish.

The beautiful scenery that portrayed at ODEC also make it as the chosen place for photographic sessions📸. Whoever wants to have a beautiful and memorial picture, you are very welcome to come and visit to the UMS ODEC! We can guarantee you that your picture taken would get thousands of likes!👏🏻

You may come here by using the car or walk or jog or even CYCLING! Where it would be fun for you when you ride the bicycle as you can enjoy the view along the way to ODEC🌲. UMS also provide electronic bicycles for you where you can rent it for only RM3 for 1 hour at the Eco campus.
